Step By Step Guide Of how I Made our Logo

How I made our Logo

In this post I will be talking about the individual steps individual steps that I took to making our group logo. Before we actually came to the conclusion of making our logo, we looked at a variety of logos.

Deciding the colours
Before we actually created our final logo, we tried a variety of colour combinations. the first colour combinations that we tried was green and black. After deliberation we decided that we could not actually us the colours green and black. The reason why we did not use these colours is because we believed that the two colours together did not connote the idea of thriller that we wanted to connote.

The next two colours that we tried was blue and black. At first we thought that these colours would work but, after looking at the connotations of the colours blue and black, we realised that the colour blue signifies depression and this is not what we want to connote about our production company.

The final colour combination that we tried was red and black. The reason why we decided to use the colours red and black. The reason why we decided to use the colours red and black is because the colour red connotes danger and action, and theses are the thoughts that we want our audience to think about when they are see our production logo.

Affect we want from the logo
The affect that we wanted from the logo was an affect that made the audience believe that they where being drawn into the logo. the way that we managed to create this effect was alternating between the colours red and black so that eventually it looked like they where overlapping each other.

Program that we used to make the logo
The software that we used to make our logo was design x. This particular software is used by engineers when they are designing engines or new machines. The reason why we decided to use this software is because the software is so accurate in creating what you actually want . Another reason why we used this software is because they have a variety of colours in different specialized types of shades.

Below you will find a video going into detail about the reason why the logo is presented the way it is.
